Generally Speaking, 1.2 – 6.5 average particle sizes are good taggants for paper, plastic, rubber and
latex. Average particle sizes of less than 2.0 are best for ink, paper coatings and paint.

Why Use LWUV or SWUV Excitable Pigments?

  • Coated papers or ink on paper can be the basis for high speed sorting.
  • Taggants imbedded in paper, plastic, coatings or powders can verify authenticity and prevent counterfeiting.
  • Presence in currency, banknotes and stamps offers security in very important industries around the globe.

Product Usage Guidelines:

  • Stable in aqueous solutions
  • High heat stability
  • Reactive in the presence of acids
  • Avoid high shear mixing
  • Avoid vehicles with metals contamination
